So in today’s Adventure with Austin we head on over to AMC in Disney Springs to check out the AMC theater. We just received news that they are planning a HUGE remodel on this location. So we decided to go and check it out before the remodel and try to get into a few different theater rooms to see the difference if any. We decided to take a lunch break at Homecookin in Disney Springs it’s actually chef’s Art Smith’s restaurant who was actually Oprah Winfrey’s personal chef for many years!
