Enclaves at Festival is a Ashton Woods Community that was started by home builder Minto. Ashton Woods has townhomes for sale there is the Dario model which is shown in this video. Enclaves at Festival is located just at the end of Champions Gate Davenport. These are some of the nicer townhomes in the area. The community is full of amenities which includes a very nice gym fitness center. Perfect vacation homes location.
The pool is large with a mini golf course on the outside. A restaurant is currently in the process of being built in will open in Fall 2020. there was also a arcade currently under construction. with a combination of amenities right on the property and also everything ChampionsGate offers which includes golf many restaurants and shopping this is a very prime location to live that is close to Walt Disney World. these homes are also great for vacation homes and investment properties.
