Orlando Fashion Square mall. Join me for a walk around the almost dead Orlando Fashion Square mall. Orlando Fashion Square is a two-story indoor shopping mall located in Orlando, Florida. Opened in 1973, it featured 79 stores in over 1 million square feet of shop space. The mall’s anchor stores include bankrupt JCPenney (closing in September), Macy’s, and Dillard’s Outlet. They had a Sears department store which opened in 1963 and closed in 2017. The Sears store was replaced with an Orchard Supply Hardware which promptly bankrupt and never opened. Other major tenants include a closed movie theater, food court (lol), and Planet Fitness.
