Join us for a NEW Universal Orlando Vlog series! We fly Virgin Atlantic Economy from Heathrow and check-in to Universal Orlando’s Endless Summer Dockside resort! After a quick dip in the pool and a bite at the Pier 8 Market, the boys head to the park for a cheeky night time ride on Velocicoaster.

Uploading our documents to the Fly Ready Virgin Atlantic App presents a few issues and delays our packing but we finally manage to get organised, say goodbye to the cats and head to London Heathrow (LHR) for our Virgin Atlantic Economy flight to Orlando, Florida!

Once through security, we hang out, collect the rest of our travel party and grab some snacks and shopping. We board our flight – the new plane, “Rosie Lee” – to Orlando International Airport (MCO. Just before take-off, Virgin announce a hot-off-the-press decision from Virgin Corporate Communications that mask wearing on the flight is no longer mandatory.

Once we arrive in Orlando, we get a taxi to Universal’s Endless Summer Dockside Resort. This time, all four of us share a 2 bedroom suite in Tower 2 with a great view of the pool. After a bit of chill time by the pool and a light meal from the Pier 8 Market quick serve Keith, Luke and Jim brave the jet-lag and head to Islands of Adventure to ride Velocicoaster in the dark.

We are Keith, Tracey, Luke, and Daisy. We have been going on family vacations to Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida for over 17 years. We have stayed on International Drive, Universal, and several Walt Disney World Resorts.
