The closing cost play an important role and the price of a home. The closing cost are the fees that are required to purchase the home and transfer it into the owner’s name. Upgrades or anything a homebuyer adds to the base price. Upgrades can be going from granite countertops to quartz. installing a rain shower head or a pool in the backyard can be an upgrade. heading a bathroom or any addition can also be and upgrade. Stone on the house or special trim can be an upgrade. The inventory home has all of these grouped differently than a new from scratch build. Other potential costs in the process are the Realtors brokerage fee. The fee for a real estate attorney. And lastly a home inspectors fee.
