From September I was living out in Florida as part of Disney’s International Programs as a Cultural Representative. After closure of the parks all College Program participants were sent home, however, we were allowed to stay with the hope of reopening soon. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we were all sent back to our countries in the past couple of weeks. I do hope everyone has now managed to return safely.
Flights were not direct and very few with the stress of last minute cancellations. After having to reschedule twice I finally got on a flight safely. If it were not for having to leave the states I would personally not have travelled during this pandemic and urge everyone else to stay safe wherever you are.
This video highlights my travel day and being back in Scotland following a good nights sleep.
For anyone interested I took part in a Stay at Home 48 Hour Film Project during quarantine which you can find the link to during the video or here: https://youtu.be/ZeWdaMZwjNw
